6 to 9 Windsor Walk

This project was the extensive refurbishment and reinstatement of six derelict Victorian terraced town houses in Denmark Hill. London.  Four of the houses were combined and converted into a 24-bedroom temporary accommodation unit, the other two houses were redeveloped and sold as luxury houses.

Hill House Archway

Hill House is a former 1970s, 13-storey office building, which is part of the Archway Island site in Islington, north London. The proposal is to retain the existing building and convert 12 floors to residential use, housing over 150 flats and recreational facilities.

HUB The Landing, Maidenhead

Planning permission has been granted for the demolition of existing buildings to make way for a major mixed-use development in the centre of Maidenhead.
