Skelly & Couch projects have won five RIBA National Awards 2021.

The five-star collection was selected from 11 S&C project wins in the RIBA Regional Awards.

Marks Barfield’s Cambridge Central Mosque was honoured nationally following a hat trick of three RIBA East special awards for Building, Project Architect and Client of the Year, in addition to the main RIBA East prize.

Skelly & Couch's long-standing collaboration with the The King's School Canterbury sees continued success with national awards for both the Malthouse by Tim Ronalds Architects - after a triple regional win for the South East region including Building of the Year and the  Conservation Award - and the International College by Walters & Cohen Architects.

Other outstanding Skelly & Couch education projects, Brighton College School of Science and Sport by OMA and the new student residential building by Allies and Morrison at 400-year-old Wadham College also notched national honours.

The shortlist for the RIBA Stirling Prize for the best building of the year will be drawn from the RIBA National Award-winning projects later in the year. The Stirling Prize winner will be announced on Thursday, 14 October.
