Design Council Cabe picks Mark Skelly for top built environment network

The Design Council Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment (Design Council Cabe) has chosen Skelly & Couch co-founder Dr Mark Skelly as one of 150 new recruits to its highly respected Built Environment Experts (BEEs) Network.

Leading professionals from a diverse range of disciplines are represented in the 400-strong network, including architects, urban designers, academics, planners and engineers, to support Design Council Cabe’s mission to deliver sustainable places across England where people want to live and work.

Mark Skelly, recent winner of the prestigious Institution of Mechanical Engineers’ Construction and Building Services Division Prize, is one of a handful of building services engineering experts on the full list, which will be available on the Design Council website in January. He is in good company. The BEEs network includes Past President of RIBA, Angela Brady OBE, property development entrepreneur, Vincent Wang, and programme director of the World Architecture Festival, journalist Paul Finch OBE.
