He helped develop a feasibility study for a masterplan relating to the entire market, as well as the full-design Covent Garden South Wells area project.

Sam has been working on the sensitive update of the fabric and facilities of the Grade II-listed Newton Science Building for historic boarding school Marlborough College. Alongside this, Sam has been designing engineering solutions at the College for the new Innovation Centre, comprising 12 large rooms, allowing for flexible use and subdivision. More recently, Sam has contributed to an outstanding new £44 million project on the Greenwich Peninsula. The Design District is London’s first purpose-built district of 16 buildings designed for the creative industries. Other residential projects are The Wiltern in Ealing and the Sevenoaks Gasholders. Sam was assigned to the state-of-the-art School of Science and Sport at Brighton College, following the successful delivery of a new Music School and Theatre at the leading independent school.
