Adrienne Johnson studied Neuroscience at the University of Virginia. She joined Foster and Partners, Berlin in 1998 as Document Controller for the Reichstag – New German Parliament and the Free University Berlin - Faculty of Philology Library projects.

In 2000 she re-located to Foster and Partners’ main studio in London to manage the drawing office. In this capacity, she was responsible for rolling out the electronic document management process to the practice at large whilst also managing and archiving records on numerous projects, including Wembley Stadium, 30 St Mary Axe, The Sage – Gateshead, Hearst Tower, McLaren Technology Centre and Chesa Futura. In 2004, she was part of the team sent to Beijing to work on the Terminal 3 - Beijing Capital International Airport project.

Adrienne joined Make in 2005 and was responsible for establishing the Document and Records Management procedures for this new and exciting architectural practice. Here, she was responsible for maintaining the audit trail for all of Make’s projects. Past projects at Make include: Dartford Dojo, 55 Baker Street, City of London - St Paul’s Information Centre and Grosvenor Waterside.

Since joining Skelly & Couch in 2009, Adrienne has been Project Coordinator on most of our projects. As Quality Manager, she implemented the roll out of Workspace mini, our document management, email, knowledge management and project accounting software. Adrienne is responsible for the overall management of our databases and libraries. She coordinates and plans the Quality and Environmental Management System internal and BSI audits, required to maintain our ISO 9001 and 14001 certification, and reports audit findings to the Management Team for review and implementation. Adrienne supports the Financial Controller with purchasing, coordinates IT support, HR and Continuing Professional Development, as well as the many tasks associated with Facilities Management.
