Sixth Form Centre, St John’s School

The project was the refurbishment and conversion of an existing historic stable block into a 6th form centre and CCF for St John’s Independent School in Leatherhead, Surrey. The building is one of a number of projects Skelly & Couch have worked on for the school as part of its delivery of a five-year masterplan for the campus. It was delivered along with a new Girls’ Day House under a phased construction programme. 

St Hilda's College, Oxford

The significant and transformative development for St Hilda’s College comprised an Anniversary Building and riverside Pavilion, set in a reimagined landscape. 

St Paul’s Girls’ School, Hammersmith

Skelly & Couch is contributing to an innovative masterplan redevelopment for St Paul's Girls' School, one of the country’s leading independent schools. 

Talent House/Sugar House Island Primary School

Development of studios for two urban culture organisations and a 2FE Primary School.

Towers Junior School

This project was to provide a small extension to an existing primary school in the London Borough of Havering and remodel some of the central learning areas to create more interactive learning hearts.

Tring Park School for the Performing Arts

This project provides a new boarding house and hub building for Tring Park School for the Performing Arts, in Hertfordshire. The construction of a new boarding house will increase on-site accommodation, and the new hub building will provide a new reception, administration area, teaching and sixth form facilities for the school.

University of Kent - Cornwallis North East

Design and Build of teaching building for the University of Kent.

University of Kent - Law Clinic

Design and Build which paves way for future development at Kent Law School.

Waingels College

This project is a 75% new build, 25% refurbishment of an existing secondary school located next to a designated green gap between Woodley and Earley in Berkshire.

Warburg Institute

Skelly & Couch is presently involved in the refurbishment and building extension of the Warburg Institute which addresses the building’s infrastructure issues but also instigates the development of a new lecture theatre in a 1950s library.
